Molding

As a custom injection molder, every job is unique. We produce products in many different fields including packaging, dental, safety, consumer and recreational product and aero space. We can work with your needs whether you require a single part to millions of parts. We often work with tolerances running .001 and lower.

Tooling

3D Plastics follows the tool construction guidelines of the SPI, Society of Plastics Industry.

3D Plastics does not just do molding, we also do many other services that can add value to your product and reduce costs. If an attribute is needed in a product that cannot be achieved in the molding process, the part most likely can be modified after it has been molded.
